Thirty Seven is a Saudi event management company established in 2021, specializing in event management, exhibitions, and conferences.

Since our establishment, we have expanded our operations across different regions of Saudi Arabia, delivering a diverse range of events for public and private sector clients.

In 2016, as the General Entertainment Authority began ushering Saudi Arabia into a new era of entertainment and live events, we were already working within the industry. Our experience spanned marketing, advertising, and exhibition stand design and build. But we had a bigger ambition: not simply to build a stand within an event, but to create and deliver the entire event experience.

In 2021, the moment came that separates those who aspire from those who act. A major project was on the horizon, the deadline was only days away, and the company had yet to be established. That was when Thirty Seven was founded in the heart of the action, not within the comfort of an office. We began while the work was already underway, and that was exactly how we wanted to start.

Even our name carries a purpose. The event management industry never truly stops. It operates around the clock, with no weekends or holidays. We built that reality into our name: three shifts a day, seven days a week. Thirty Seven is not just a number we carry; it is the rhythm we live by.

Then came the kind of challenge that can make or break a young company: a project bigger than our years of experience at the time, in a market still recovering from the impact of COVID-19. Every circumstance seemed to suggest waiting. But this industry does not reward those who stand still. The moment called for courage above all else. We accepted the challenge, delivered the project, and achieved a result that earned recognition.
