As part of the Royal Commission for Riyadh City employees gathering, we delivered a fully integrated event experience that reflects the significance and stature of the occasion.

The work began with developing a concept that reinforces the purpose of the gathering. We focused on crafting a cohesive attendee journey, presenting content in a way that reflects the institutional identity and enhances engagement, while ensuring precise management of all aspects of the experience to deliver a seamless and fitting outcome

Inspired by the identity and rich heritage of the venue, we designed and executed a Ramadan Iftar experience at the Abdul Raouf Khalil Museum in Jeddah for Rua Al Haram Company.

The experience was crafted with details inspired by the spirit of traditional Hijazi majlis gatherings, creating a warm Ramadan atmosphere that brings together heritage and hospitality while reflecting the character of the venue and enriching the guests’ experience

On Founding Day, we managed and implemented an event at the National Center for Wildlife Development, honoring historical authenticity and the spirit of the day.

We managed and organized the annual conference, uniting CEOs and international partners in a comprehensive experience reflecting shared values.

To celebrate International Women’s Day, we organized the “Enduring Impact” event for the Transport Authority, spotlighting women’s achievements and inspiring future generations.

For the second year, we organized the annual internal meeting of “Vision Investment,” facilitating discussions on investment strategies and enhancing collaboration among parties involved.

To enhance communication among members of the General Authority for Transport, we organized a Ramadan gathering featuring activities that reflect rich heritage and support constructive interaction and communication.

We managed and organized the annual meeting of the “Investment Vision” company, connecting founders and partners to discuss investment strategies and experiences under one roof.
