Ebhar Launching Event

The Minister of Transport and Logistics Services, Engineer Saleh bin Nasser Al-Jasser, launched the “Ebhar” electronic platform, which aims to facilitate the procedures for tourist yachts and their sailing in territorial waters. Engineer Saleh Al-Jasser said: The national strategy for transport and logistics services aims to develop maritime infrastructure in accordance with the objectives of the maritime sector to create a profitable economy, enhance its contribution to the domestic product, and capitalize on the unique geographical location of the Kingdom and its diverse maritime destinations. And instead of dealing with 7 government agencies, there will be one entity providing the service through one interconnected platform, to facilitate the procedures for entry and movement of yachts in territorial waters.
